Plan

The plan card shows the active Business plan, billing cadence, seat count, used seats, and open seats. Workspace admins can edit the seat count and open the billing portal from this page.

Included usage

Business usage is per-user. The included usage counters show the signed-in member’s current period chat requests and audio generation. Workspace total shows activity across the workspace.

API usage

API usage on business plans require credits, currently billed at 1 credit per chat request and 3 credits per audio generation. The billing page shows API usage separately from signed-in app usage so admins can see how much traffic is coming from integrations.

Member usage

Business admins can review current period usage by member and export the table as CSV.

Credits

Credits cover Business API key usage and signed-in app usage after a member’s included allowance is exhausted, where credit packs are available. The page shows the workspace credit balance, available credit packs, and auto top-up settings.
