# Settings

> Account settings available in BehavIQ.

The settings page includes account sections for every signed-in user. Workspace sections appear separately when your role and plan allow them.

## Profile

The Profile tab shows your account email, the date your account was created, and a sign-out button.

It also includes Support links:

* Send feedback opens the feedback form in a new tab.
* Contact support opens an email to support.
* Documentation opens the BehavIQ docs in a new tab.

## Preferences

The Preferences tab lets you save personal response preferences for BehavIQ. It includes:

* what BehavIQ should call you
* additional context you want BehavIQ to consider when responding

These preferences apply to your account. Use workspace customization for organization-wide response guidance.

## Security

The Security tab manages two-factor authentication.

When two-factor authentication is off, enter your current password to start setup, then verify the code from your authenticator app. When it is on, enter your current password to disable it.

On devices that support it, the Security tab can also show App Lock. App Lock requires device unlock before opening BehavIQ on that device.

## Invitations

The Invitations tab shows pending workspace invitations for your account. If there are none, it shows "No pending invitations."

When an invitation is present, the list shows the workspace name, invited role, and Accept and Decline actions.

## Theme

The theme control is in the settings sidebar. It toggles the app theme for the current device.
